Author Instructions

CGIP 2026 invites submissions of original research contributions written in English. All submitted manuscripts will be subject to a rigorous peer-review process. Evaluation criteria include originality, technical merit, relevance, and clarity of presentation.

Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure that your manuscript complies with the conference requirements.

Submission Process

Prepare Manuscript

Prepare your manuscript using the template provided by the conference. The full paper should be 4-5 pages including all figures, tables, and references. And the paper which is more than 5 pages should be paid by the extra publication fee.

Submission methods

Authors are invited to submit abstracts or full papers through the Conference Submission System or the conference email box: cgip_info@163.com.

Review Process

After preliminary review by the editorial office, the manuscript is submitted for double-blind peer review.

Notification of Results

Authors will receive notification of acceptance, revision requests, or rejection after the review process is complete.

Final Submission

Accepted manuscripts need to be revised based on the reviewer comments and the final version should be submitted before the registration deadline.

Register

Each accepted manuscript requires at least one registration for the author.

Format Requirements

Paper Template

Please use the following template to prepare your paper:

  • LaTeX
  • Word
  • Abstract
  • Note: Please select the appropriate template based on your needs. LaTeX templates provide more professional typesetting, while Word templates are more suitable for authors unfamiliar with LaTeX.

Writing Guidance

  • Full Paper (Presentation and Publication)
  • The Full Papers should be should be 4-5 pages including all figures, tables, and references. And the paper which is more than 5 pages should be paid by the extra publication fee.
  • Abstract (Presentation only)
  • It's encourage the authors to send informative abstract (100-200 words) which is a compendious summary of a paper's substance including its background, purpose, methods, results, and conclusion.
  • English is the official language.

Pre-Submission Checklist

  • Uses the correct template
  • All author information is accurate
  • Paper length meets requirements
  • Figures and tables are clear and readable
  • References are formatted correctly and completely
  • Paper has been spell-checked and grammar-checked
  • Submitted manuscripts should be original and have not been submitted to any other conferences or journals.

Review Process

All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer review process. The review criteria include:

Originality

The manuscript presents novel ideas, methods, or findings

Technical Quality

The research method is scientific and reasonable, and the experimental design is rigorous

Relevance

The content of the paper is relevant to the conference theme

Clarity of Presentation

The paper is well-structured, clearly expressed, and appropriately uses figures and tables

Important Notice

The conference adopts a double-blind review process. The editorial office will remove relevant author information from the article when submitting it for peer review.
